Stay on top of storage conditions

Food storage conditions are vital for health reasons, and the authorities in most countries recommend the following:

1. Max. and min. temperatures over the previous 24 hours should be recorded several times daily in fridges and always be between 3°C / 37°F and 5°C / 41°F
2. Temperatures in freezers should be recorded several times daily and never exceed -18°C / 0°F

With Sensorist temperature is automatically recorded every 15 minutes, day and night.
